I bought 43 inch hisense android tv in Jul 2021 (approx. 7 months back) from Flipkart and faced a physical damage now, which means display is not working and having totally black screen. Attached the image for your reference.
Upon checking with the Jeeves technician, he mentioned you should have taken Full Protection plan during the installation of TV, to get it repaired or replaced at no extra cost.
My serious concern is I was never explained or guided of such plan which covers physical damage (otherwise I would have bought). It is totally the lack of knowledge passed on to customer, which is why I am communicating to you and Asking for immediate replacement of the TV at no extra cost.
Note that if resolution is not given immidiately, then I will leverage the Social media platforms to broadcast my complaints and feedback about Jeeves trust, products and services. Just FYI.
