It's been around a month since my TV was picked up I was told it would be repaired in 3 days when picked up, and I was told it has been repaired and will be delivered the next day for the next 3-5 days every day after waiting for 3 days already, I called Jeeves customer care they said they take 3 weeks, then my father called and they said it gets repaired 1 month,
after making so many calls, they said it can't be repaired and sent a message that I would get a refund for the same of around 23, 800, every time I am trying to call Jeeves customer, they say, they would send an IVR link, I don't understand what IVR link means, as per my understanding it's IVRs are calls,
they are misleading me continuously and not heading to any feasible help, my refund is delayed and so I have wasted enough of my time.
I have sent all the bills by mail to Jeeves customer support trying to call them every time, but all they do is show their condolences and ask me for being patient, even after a month their seniors are not even ready to talk to the consumer, you can check my calls on Jeeves customer care between 1-3 PM, no matter how much I insisted or waited their seniors didn't even took the calls.
TV was picked up, I don't even have a single message for the same from Jeeves.

I am also going through same situation.They have picked my product and after one month said a refund will be done since no spare part is available.But now after 3 weeks there is no refund, each time they will say they are going to send some link ot fill in bank details but nothing happened.
Still making calls daily to them
