Hi,
My plan id is jppof14904. I had taken the extended warranty with you guys which i have realised now was a mistake. First of all your policy to rectify the issue in 15 to 20 days is simply appalling. Secondly i have called your customer service 15 times and everytime they respond that they can't hear me. Finally somebody made a mistake of answering my call when i was raise a complaint.
Than comes your technician ravi who is neither trained nor any ettiquettes. He came & did something and said it is working now however it didn't. I tried reaching him on the same day however he didn't responded.
Than comes his manager tarun, after much chase he answered and said you need to raise a new request. I have raised a new request and it's been 19 days that my tv isn't working. When i am trying to reach your customer service number they can't hear me & when i am trying to reach ravi or tarun, they r not answering. Was this information helpful? |
