I would like to raise a complaint regarding installation of MY Kodak TV that I have purchased from Flipkart and It was delivered on 23.03.2022.Order ID -OD[protected]
Case id for installation is :-SF[protected]FPL
Its been six days since delivery but tv is not installed yet.I am continously chasing the issue with customer care but nothing has been done.
The mobile number of technicians(changed multiple time) from jeeves not reachable.When i raised the issue with flipkart they provided the jeeves centre[protected].when I tried to contact on given number they said they only provide repair service not installation.You can call on that number and verify.
later I got a call from someone from jeeves and he said that they do not provide service at my location.Immediatly after that i got a call from flipkart to confirm that i dont want installation services.What kind of services flipkart providing.You deliver product at my address but do not provide installation(It is to be done at same address as delivery).
So long story short, I have no idea who, how, when will install the tv.This is so frustating.I have taken off from my work just for today installation and this is the service i got.
