I have purchased a "Complete Appliance Protection (3-year)" plan for my washing machine. I registered a complaint with Jeeves on July 30th regarding the malfunction of the machine. A technician was dispatched to inspect the issue, and I was initially informed that the damaged item would be replaced by August 19th. However, I was later advised that due to product quality issues, the replacement process has been delayed.
Despite multiple follow-ups with Jeeves, I have consistently been told to wait 48 hours for a resolution, which has not materialized. I have called approximately 10 to 20 times, but I continue to receive the same response without any tangible progress.
I have documented all the calls, which demonstrate the repeated and unresponsive assurances of a two-day wait period. I am now feeling quite frustrated and helpless.
