My vu tv purchased on flipcart on 2016 and it was installed and taken extended warranty by jeeves now it "had an audio defect" i had complaint to my dth provider he told that it is problem of tv it self so please send a qualified technician to correct it

Sir, I am irritating by your service provider I have purchased an AC from the flipkart
in December 2017 and installed it by the jivas service provider.December is the month of winter so we are not used the AC
but now when we started the AC we are facing the water licking problem
Please resolve it
Our neighbour are very angry
