I purchased a vu tv for office use from flipkart.com on october 13th, 2017 and my order id is od[protected].
Flipkart has send a technician from jeeves consumer services to install the tv in my office. At the time of installation a person named sundeep ([protected]) from jeeves has arrived and installed the tv to the wall as i preferred. I was dissatisfied believing the tv might fall down coz it seem's very loosely fitted to the wall. He gave me assurance that he has installed n number of tv's and he was sure it will never fall down and if it happens he will replace it with new one.
Later, after a week, the installed tv fell down and broken. I called him and asked him to replace it. He requested me not to complain about the tv as the warranty will get effect and he promised to replace the tv under warranty and assured me the inspection team will be sent by his company and they write a report according to our will that the tv is damaged while courier. I have not believed him and i asked him to connect me to his manager. His manager named aravind ([protected]) called me and he also assured the same and requested me not to complain as the career of the technician will get spoiled. I believed him and accepted. He asked me to put a complain to vu that the tv is not working and vu will send a technician, and manager aravind assured me that the technician will write the report that tv got damaged while courier. I implemented to what he urged. Later, when the technician came for inspection, he has confirmed that the tv got damaged by felling off from the wall and noted the complaint. I called back to the manager again, there is no response from him and same reaction with the person who is responsible for the tv breakdown. Now, the tv is still not replaced and the vu has closed the ticket. I got the phone recordings of the manager and the person who imperfectly installed the tv. Seeking for justice. Thank you.
