I bought a Blaunkpaunt 42-inch TV on Flipkart in March 2022.

The TV Came with a 1-year warranty. I extended the warranty for +2 years total its 3 years.

Now the TV is not working. I called and raised a ticket on this issue with Jeeves on Feb 15, 2024.

They assigned a technician and sent the technician's number and name through a message.

And they told me that the technician will come in 2 business days. Today is Feb 28, 2024, and the technician did not come to repair.

I tried to call the assigned technician with the provided number. He didn't even attend a single call and call back me,

I told this to Jeeve's support team and they assured me that they would change the technician through support calls. They always tell 2 business days. From Feb 15 to Feb 28, not even a call came from the technician, and no proper update from Jeeves.
