If you do not, and still want the compensation, you can hire a legal professional for the remuniration, starting from Rs16000, not less, for such types of claims related to 4 passngers.
3. The legal professional can explain, what you are entitled to, based on the documents,
which are in the posession, and which are submitted by the pasenger,
and can submit the claim to the district court.
It is in the interest of the passenger to apply for the compensation as soon as possible, but not later than in 15 days.
