When checking in at bangkok for delhi the manager at the floor refused to let my husband travel due to passport page shortage issue. We have an 8 months baby who was traveling first time with us and he was hoping they and sleepy and the wait of more than 1 hour at the counter in arguments with her distressed him. We pleaded with her a lot to let my husband through as it's an immigration matter at india and we are british passport holders but she lacked any empathy and consideration. I couldn't travel without my husband with a small baby. At the last minute she put my husband through to her boss arun on the phone and he understood and let us go in. We had to rush to catch our flight therein. It's been 2 days still return and our baby has not normalised yet from the trauma caused at the check-in by her, named tapanee. Even i was in poor health that i told her, and my situation got excarberated by the stress and is yet to normalise. Was this information helpful? |
