Dear sir iam coming from lagos with ethiopian air lines. On 29/12/18, with booking reference :v9smsd. I want to go chennai i reach mumbai at jet air ways counter at 07:00 that time they are telling boarding going on not possible to go chanange ticket to 10 am flight. Iam waiting in q they take 1hr30 mints to attend. Again they tell u book 1:30pm ticket and get money 2100rupees. This delay only lot of q in front of jet airways. Mumbai jet air ways team very bad & leasy to give support. If they are work fast my fist flight not miss. There is no use to go flight this much delay. Iam not happy with mumbai survey team support.

it is gossip, not a complaint:
- no name of passenger,
- no flight number, date, time
- no airport
- no boardng pass / e-ticket
are seen.

So, such anonymous complaint has no grounds and has no reasons.
