If you have not got the refund till 15 April 2018,
kindly:-
1. State your full name, address along with city/ state, e-mail box, phone for the communication ;
2. Attach either
2.1 Primary e-ticket
or
2.1. PNR +INVOICE
3. Attach notification on the cancelllation of 9W 796 flight LKO PNflight, which you had received from the air carrier or from the travel agent ;
4. Attach your own complaint in full ;
5. Attach other relevant document, which you had received in addition from the air carrier or travel agent, following your complaint or following the cancellation of 7 April 2019 9W0796 flight.
All documents have to be in .PDF or in highest resolution image format .
These documents can be required in order you can be able to claim the compensation via the court or via the Department general (DGCA) of civil aviation of ministry of civil aviation in India.
It is not mandatory but it is in the interest of the passenger to hire the lawyer or the legal professional.
The procedure before DGCA is not chargeable, upon the passenger chose the legal presentation.
The legal assistance can cost from ~4000 rupees, plus government fees of Rs 100 or Rs 2000,
before the customers or before the district court in the state of the residence.
