Jet Airways — refund of cancelled flights

I had two international bookings which got canceled. On reaching customer care i was informed in end apr that they are processing the refund. But till date i have not received the refund. The booking reference are
(A) ropbto - for m/s shreya khaund
(B) ctxsst - for mrs g khaund

Jet airways is not responding.
