Refund our money in full and cancel our itinerary
I am afraid, i will not be able to travel on 17 sep 2018 on your flight jet airways (9w-528) from kochi to dubai due to medicsl emergency.
My son muhammed sehan maniyattukudy and my spouse mohammed sanoob will also have to cancel their trip on the same flight.
I need you airline to refund me the full amount of rs19, 685/- (Pnr:-pecyuz), ticket number:-589-[protected],, 589-[protected]) [by waiving off fees to cancel the tickets and taxes]. And i need you to refund the one side fare of rs8, 455/- (Pnr-yuhudx),, ticket number 589-[protected]) [by waiving off fees to cancel the tickets and taxes.]
Reason for avoiding journey
My husband mr. Sanoob mohammed has been diagonised with brain tumour (Medical reports has been attached in this email). He has been hospitalized at malabar institute of medical sciences, kozhikode.. The hospital does not permit us to travel before getting operated.. We will also have to remain at the hospital for post-operative care.

it is unclear the palce, where you had purchaced your tickets.
2. Not each air carrier, not in each country,
can apply for the refund of the value of the ticket to the unhealthy passenger only -
