I have booked ticket on 11th may from bangalore to london (Pnr:ycgqwy) and due to shut down of all flights its been cancelled from your side (Jet airways) but when you people are aware of such circumstances why did bookings been taken, and on top of that i raised for refund on 20th april 2019 (Refund receipt no:[protected] but still amount is not credited to my account, it was told by your call centre that amount will be refunded within 8 working days and today its 31st may 2019 its been one and half month still we did not receive our amount, why you people giving wrong information to passengers, this is highly not acceptable. We do have our own commitments please consider and refund our amount as early as possible.
