I have raised a cancellation of Jio Fiber plus Set Top Box Connection on May 27, on 27th day of taking the connection, due to poor connection quality. I was promised that I will get full refund if I cancel within 30 days. I cancelled on 27th day.
The cancellation request reference number given to me was: SR00001B7KK8. I was closed on June 1 without my permission. I was told that device will be collected in 48 hours by 29th May. Till date it has not been collected. When I contact Jio Fiber Customer Care, am being told that they have no information on the pickup details and will be picked up by 48 hours and every single day its the same statement they give. They claim that they do not have any procedure to give me any other details or escalate to someone. I did request that the case be escalated and call transferred to a senior agent who may have more information, but was always refused.
Jio is trying to delay the pickup deliberately, as I see the reviews in internet, so they get to keep consumer's money for a longer duration and thereby earn higher interest.
I request this case to be considered seriously, since many customers seems to be facing the same isssue Was this information helpful? |
