Dear Sir/Madam,
I had recharge my jio sim by using site jio.com.
In Jio.com after visit on site login require.
I have login by my jio number [protected] and OTP.
My existing plan was expired so i chosen 1 year plan having amount 2999/-.
After selection of plan i proceed for payment
(Tranaction ID T23001121834361540834976).
But when payment done i didn't received any recharge notification.
I called to Jio customer support 198 and 199.
On 24 Jan 2023 I sent legal notice to jio.
