I received a bad quality product and created a complaint and requested for a replacement. But though following it up multiple times I did not get a replacement, but the ticket was closed without providing me my replacement.
Again I called the customer care, they asked me to create another ticket and promised this time it will be resolved, But still no luck nobody even bothered to check if this is resolved. But When I called the customer care now they said the ticket has been closed. Again this time without a resolution.
Now again the customer care executive is asking to create one more complaint which he says will be resolved this time. Which I have already done. Not sure what will be scenario this time. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

But the current process that you have is seriously bad and makes me feel like stop using JioMart, though I used to like using it before, now because of this I have to stop and spread the problem I faced everywhere so that people are aware how bad the customer service is.
