I placed an order with jiomart (order #[protected]W) on 7th July. While ordering it showed the delivery date to be 9th July, however on 9th the delivery date changed to 10th July then 11th July, then 12th july and now it is 13th July. I filed a complaint on jiomart app on 11th July which said resolution in 24hours but when I called the customer care, they said that a complaint was raised yesterday and I should get a resolution in 48hrs after the complaint was raised
I am spending extra money for daily needs eventhough I have ordered groceries worth almost ₹4000 but these fools are not concerned about people’s money.
Even if they may deliver my groceries tomorrow, I still would not be happy with Jiomart and would recommend everyone to never use their service
