Hi,
I had placed an order in JIOMART on May-18th 2022 and the delivery date shown as May 26th 2022. No one has contacted me regarding the delivery and update in the tracker like not able to contact customer. I had raised a complaint in the JIOMART mobile app, but still i didn't get the solution. I tried to contact customer care every day and receiving the same response like "we will raise the concern on high priority to our back-end team, They will call you back". But No one has called me till now. Please find the order details given below and kindly help me to get the solution As soon as possible.
