I initiated return and refund request at JioMart App on 19 July 2022 for item Emily Pets Cat Litter Box worth Rs.1069/-, as, a wrong item has been delivered.
I received SMS from 'Xpressbees' confirming pickup is scheduled on 22 July, 26 July and 5 August (at 21:17), however no one showed up for pickup till date. I also received SMS from 'Xpressbees' on 26 July that pick up is not done as I wanted later pickup, which is incorrect, and also on 5 August (at 22:42) that pickup is not done due to wrong address, which is again incorrect as the item was delivered to the correct address only. Please note, I was available at my address on all the above days.
Meanwhile, I raised this concern with JioMart thrice on 24th, 26th and 31st July. They called me couple of times, just to give false hope. Resulting the return is still pending and my money is stuck with JioMart for 21 days now.
