Jiomart — Fault electric kettle refund

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have registered a complaint with Jio Mart for one of the electric kettle purchased being faulty. This was reported within 2 days of purchase over the on their Customer service number. Several calls made to them, everyone promised the kettle will br picked up and thereafter will ket a refund, but it didn't happen.

Finally I thought an email complaint would resolve things quickly, so I draft an email to them about the issue. Sent several follow up emails, but promises made by jio Mart on email haven't completed as yet. It has been around 5 months now, no one has picked up the faulty kettle and no refund received.
