I am a regular customer of Jio mart. Last month i have ordered my monthly groceries from jiomart and some of the items were missing from my orders. I raised complaint againt this and they gave me partial refund for this. I got only 97 rs refund for two items and three items refund was still missing. I raised tickets multiple time and they rrverted back with the rply that i will get my refund within 10 days. Now they have closed all the tickets which i raised and no refund is paid back to me. Also 97rs which i got initially they have taken it back. This is such a pathetic level of behavior from such a big company. I lose all my trust from this company and never going to buy anything from this. I want my compensation and refund from this company. I want to take strict action against this company so that this should not happen with anyone in the future. Was this information helpful? |
