Hello, This is regarding order number[protected]A. I have received damaged products for which i have raised a complaint with JioMart on 14-May-2022. They said the amount will be refunded for the damaged products. Its been more than a month, i have still not received the refund. I escalated by calling customer care and by sending emails to [protected]@jiomart.com but i have not received any resolution. Was this information helpful? |
