Dear Sir/madam,
I have made a fully paid order on JIOMART web site on 9th Aug for approx 1166 (order number[protected]A ) But I received incorrect order on 11th Aug. The same day I raised a complaint at JIOMART customer care but no resolution till now. Every time I call them they say that they tried to reach me on phone but unable to contact. This is impossible. I don't have any network issue and receiving other calls also. If they are honest about resolving the issue, they should have contact me on my email also. They are lying. Despite of that, I provided my alternate number but no use. They never contacted. Each time they assure me for a resolution. Its been 8 days. Every one of them assure me that I will get refund, but nothing happens. Even the matter was escalated to seniors and they also assured the same but again nothing happens, it looks like a big fraud as they don’t deliver the items and then they don’t resolve the ticket.
I don’t understand how this is possible with a reputed company like JIO, so I wanted to bring this to your notice about this fraud so that you can take corrective action as soon as possible and help me in getting the refund of amount 1166.
I keep ordering from Amazon/Flipkart and never experienced this. I am having really bad experience with pathetic delivery and therefafter customer care even after escalating to higher authority. Please look into this fraud and and get me the refund.
