Jiomart order no.[protected]A dated 30/june/2022 has not been delivered to me till date 13/JULY/2022 whereas the JIO app has itself marked as delivered without delivering it to me. I have already paid for this order and have not received this order till date. I have been ordering from JIOmart for the past around 3 years and never it has happened that I have received orders without sharing JIO OTP at the time of delivery. I have made several complaints to JIO customer care since 3/july/2022, the date on which my order got reflected as delivered on JIO app. None of the JIO team members has bothered to listen to my issue neither they have delivered my order nor they have refunded my money back.
