I placed several orders from Jiomart and most of the time my order got cancelled without any intimation. I was waiting like a fool whole day but they never delivered the items. I files several complain via [protected]@jiomart.com but they told me this won't repeat it again. The delivery person which was assigned never pick my calls . I called him like 14 to 18 times and in the evening he switch off his phone and at last he cancelled or simply returned the order with my concern. And this incident occurs almost 7 to 8 times repeatedly . I informed all this matter to Jiomart they didn't help. Yesterday I explain this matter to the store manager of Pincode 201318 Mr Ram. he also didn't help me his response was totally unsatisfactory when I told him to I will make a complain at consumer forum he told me yes you can do .Now I am writing all this when I was totally frustrated with jiomart people. I have several emails for the same where I explained this issue against the delivery guy but unfortunately no action was taken. I got the cashback which I need to use 3th April2022 . I placed 2 orders to consume it. And due to poor service and worst management my order got cancelled repeatedly. And then my cashback got expired.
Never use Jiomart they give no customer importance
