I am just frustrated with your delivery services. You delivery associate tell lie and doesn't deliver the complete items.
This time also happened the same thing.
I asked to your delivery associate to check the items but he said that all the items are here. If there will be any issue, you can call me.
Finally, few items were missing as usual. When I called to that delivery associate, he said that I will make a complaint to my manager and you will get missing items tomorrow.
I knew that he is just making fool because nothing happened as usual.
I raised a ticket on your website and it's been 3 days but no response.
What type of customer support is this. This is a type of harassment and I should raise a complaint in consumer forum for this fraud and harassment.
If its your mistake, then why can't you provide quick resolution.
This is ridiculous. I will definitely stop shopping from JioMart just because of worst delivery system.
