I ordered 8 Full sleeve t-shirts and Hoodies on the 21st July, the delivery date was of 30 July but on the 28 July the delivery was made at my home, I was at work and my dad was unaware of the parcel so he accepted the delivery and paid Rs1788 for it. When I came back from work I open the tiny parcel and saw that there were only 2 shirts in it but the packing said it contained 8 Tshirt/Hoodies, I immediately called the delivery guy to check he said he is unaware then I checked the jiomart order and it was updated as all 8 Tshirt/Hoodies delivered, when I complained, the customer agent asked me to return the product but the problem is that I have just not received my ordered products, I've received a totally different package of just 2 tshirt in it whereas I had originally ordered 8 t-shirts n hoodies But it was never delivered to me.
They pickup the 2 tshirt and the order now shows partially returned.
I've been chasing them for the last 7 days but they don't respond. I've submitted my bank details but didn't get any refund, I've sent them multiple emails and calls but they are not responding to it and I get a automated mail reply saying we are checking and we will update you soon.
Now I don't have any product with me and my money Rs1788 is also stuck as they are not refunding it.
Please help me to get my money back.
Its been almost a month, 50 calls and 44 emails that I've sent and requested to refund my money Rs1788 but there has been no response at all, they keep sending me a automated mail and last mail was they are saying they will refund me Rs1121 where as I paid them a total Rs1788 and didn't receive any product and no refund.
