Hi,
I have placed an order on 8th of November 2022 on JIOMART app of a mobile phone (Motorola G62) worth ₹15, 999 invoice number SE[protected]

First, when placed the order the expected delivery date was 10/11/22 - 11/11/22 but when it was 10th of November and I checked the app it was showing expected delivery date -11/11/22
On 11th of November I checked the app it was showing expected delivery date- 12/11/22
On 12th of November I checked the app it was showing expected delivery date - 13/11/22 and so on.
Then, on 12/11/22 I raised a complaint in Jio customer care they said it will resolve within 48 hours, before and while in 48 hours period I called few times in the Jio customer service centre they said it will resolve for sure wait for 48 hours, they all were very confident and arrogant in a way.
After completion of 48 hours again I called JIO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE they said wait for another 48 hours, so on 12th of November I raised my first complaint against the late delivery of the order but got no solution at all till 16/11/22 when JIOMART people automatically without my consent cancelled the order and said that amount will be refunded for sure, again very confidently, on or before 25/11/2022 so again, I have called and raised a complaint in regards to refund of amount, they said to wait another 48 hours post 25th of November but got no solution till now
Whenever I call they say there has been a glitch or we have raised and highlighted your complaint please wait be patient we understand your concern and problem that you are facing all the time I'm experience this
Please assist me for the same.
