Jiomart — Non issuance of refund

I had order 2 items in Jiomart and made a pre-payment on 3rd July. I received only 1 item on 6th July and delivery bpy confirmed that Jio will refund the money for missing item. However, it has been 20 days and I have called/mailed/complained to Jio multiple times, but they do not act on it.
