I was ordered items against order dated 06/01/2022 and same was not delivered & status shown as returned on 07/04/2022. Later I request for refund and customer care representative taken complaint & I followed up regularly, sent mail to [protected]@jiomart.com for the first 4 months. As I didn't get any resolution for this I called their customer care several times regarding the issue and they are always saying they forwarded the issue to the concerned department. But till today I have not received the refund. When I go through the https://www.consumercomplaints.in/jiomart-b116076 page I saw similar issues are reported by many customers.
