Dear sir
I have ordered a product on 21st March. Assured delivery date was 24th March and I have paid full amount for the product using Gpay. Till date 3rd May 2022 have not recieved product . I have sent several mails and reminders to Jiomart team on email ID [protected]@jiomart.com & [protected]@jiomart.com. they issue a ticket and I get a replay that product will be delivered in 2 days. After 2 days they cancel the complaint automatically.
Actually this is a cheating . I have paid for a product and Jiomart team is holding my money for past 40 days and not delivering the product and not responding to my mails properly. I request you to provide me legal assistance on the above issue . As I don't wish to cancel the order as this guys has been holding my money for 40 days I request to provide product or compensation.
