Jiomart — Payment went through but order was not updated in system and no refunds till now

On 5th may when I made payment for placing an order the payment(Rs 376) went through but order was not updated in the system and I did not receive any order confirmation message, The same thing happened again when I tried placing order again payment(Rs 376) went through but order was not updated in system and no order confirmation message was sent. the third time I made payment(RS 376) the order was placed properly and order was updated in system (order ID[protected]A) and even got delivered same day. when I reached out to customer service for refund for the first 2 transactions totaling to Rs 752 (376*2) till now the issue has not been resolved. the payments were made though Gpay UPI app and screenshots of payment and my order is being attached

It has been 3 weeks and I have raised several tickets(7-8), contacted the support team by mail and phone(several times) mentioning the details but all the tickets have been closed mentioning the order[protected]A has been delivered.
