Jiomart — Product is not delivered and no one is helping out for giving refund

I ordered hisense washing machine on 8 of may everyday they delay the delivery when I said to cancel the order and give me my refund money they say they will send product in 48 hrs now it has been a limit of patience no one is helping out for returning money nor sending the washing machine
