I have ordered HiSense 1.5 ton AC on 2nd May 2022. I was supposed to receive it by 4th May, but I have never received it till date(9th July 2022). But in Jiomart App it was showing as delivered on 12th May 2022, for which I raised complaint via call for 70+ times atleast and 30+ times via email in these 2 months time.
I have neither received any call nor any message regarding the status of my concern till date. CS associates, CShead and escalation team are only assuring me that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours everytime, which is clearly not happening.
All escalation team members whom I have approached looked into it and said it was technical error, apologized me & assured they will PERSONALLY handle the issue and will get me back on this issue. Also they assured no need to call or email again.
But the worst part is when there is no response from Jiomart's end everytime and I reach out to customer care again, I was informed that my ticket is getting closed every time without providing any resolution or without even contacting me.
For now I have lost hope and thinking to proceed legally on this. Was this information helpful? |
