I ordered groceries in jiomart money got debited but order was not placed, order id is also not showing l, I paid through phonepe on[protected] @ 12:30 am and again I ordered on[protected] @ 7 am but canceled I got refund for the second order. It's been 18days I didn't get refund for my 1st order transaction

They are not taking any steps to resolve my issue every time I chat with the customer care support person they simply lodging the complaint and asks me to wait 2/3
