I have placed the order on May 22, 2022 for the amount of Rs 869/- consists of three products on Jiomart & my order number is[protected]A registered m. no. +91 [protected]. The payment has been made via Simpl but one product has been delivered, one has to be replaced and one got cancelled by Jiomart without initiating the refund. I approached customer care about this issue so many times and also send a written complaint to Jiomart and every time they said that we will resolved your issue within 48 hrs but every time they resolved and closed my complaint without initiating the refund .
Have approached a couple of times to Jiomart customer care in relation to my refund and replacement of my product but nothing much happened. My current registered complaint id
