I have raised complaints two time and call 18 times and emailed 10 times.
Even CS head but no one is responsible in the team who take care of customers.
Always the support team have new excuse some times they told we did not received the document. Also I have sent fourth time on email and also confirmed with call center.
But Next time after ETA (that was 24 hr. ) they again said new excuses that there is some technical problem we did not resolve and we promise will solve it by next 48 hr.
Also, The ticket are getting close by automated system without providing the solution
The order was delivered at 20th Aug 2022. And it is 11th September but JIO 48 hr not ending.

I placed an order. When the delivery boy came I paid on the QR code given on the bill, after that delivery boy told me to pay on his mobile QR code as the bill's QR code will not reflect on his store. I paid on that one also, both were successful. He told me that the bill's QR code payment will be reversed within 24hr.
