Ordered BPL 3 blade rotary shaver on jiomart vide order ID[protected]A which was delivered on 23rd August, on recharge found battery defective & I raised complaint for return which was accepted by jio Mart team, the item was returned picked on 25th August, after that I haven't heard anything from them, despite calling customer service & escalation team more than 10 times & writing mails every time The answer is our team is working on it give us 24- 48 hours & then no response.for last 25 days. Please get me my refund.
