Dear Sir,
I had ordered my shipment having ID[protected]A-01, on 23.3.2022. It was delivered on 24.3.2022. I had initiated a return on 25.3.2022.
I complained several times and had a chat with your representatives and after plenty of calls and mails I have received just a partial refund and whenever I try to use your customer service, they put my call on hold for half an hour and then disconnect it. Was this information helpful? |
