Order Number[protected]W was placed on 18-Jan-22, out of which the Shipment Number[protected]W-02 but was not delivered. As the order was not getting shipped, so I had raised several complaints regarding the delivery of the order.
One month later (in Feb 22), this order got cancelled and the reason was mentioned as "Returned" whereas the order was never shipped at all. The order was valued at Rs. 1783 but jiomart never issued this refund.
I raised complaints through calls and emails for the refund but they didn't yield any result. Whenever I try to contact them for the resolution they ask me to wait for 48 hours but they don't show up even after waiting for a month.
