Very dirty and illegal habit, not to deliver the order and then blame it on customer, that you have return it.
GRIEVANCE STANDS AS FOLLOWS
Look at the following screenshot.
You said, we have returned it. A totally false allegation, as this order was never delivered, so where is the question of returning it.
The screenshot says, we have returned it in the morning at 7:00 a.m. but the fact is, your delivery starts after 9:00 a.m.
So it is obvious you are lying that we have returned it. And this is not the first time where you fiailed to deliver and put your false elevation on customer's shoulders. Shame on you for all the harassment and trauma you caused to us, punishable under the consumer protection act 1986.
