Jiomart — Worst customer care Support and fraud Jiomart

I raised a return request on 9th sep for non working electronic product received from jiomart...firstly electronic product should be prechecked before delivery n after that from last 20 days I complaint so many times thru email n call but still my refund n return pickup is pending..worst customer support.
