I placed an order (order#[protected]W) on 7th July. At the time of order, the delivery date was showing as 9th July. On 9th July it reflected as order in process but then the delivery date changed to 10th July. On 10/7 it changed to 11/7, on 11/7 it changed to 11/6, then on 11/7 it showed 12/7, on 12/7 it showed 13/7 and now while I file a complaint it shows 14/7. (Date/month).
I also filed a complaint on Jiomart app on 11th July and it mentioned that a resolution will be given within 24 hours. When I called the customer care at “[protected]” on 12july, they said that the resolution to any complaint takes 48 hours which is against what was mentioned in the app. I was also told by someone in the escalation department (Sapna) that it is reflecting in her system that a complaint was raised on 11th july and the order will be delivered by 12th July end of the day i.e latest by 9Pm which didn’t happen.
I have spent approx ₹4000 and it has been almost 6 days that the order wasn’t delivered and no one at JIOMART is ready to give a resolution. Additionally I have to spend some extra money to order some daily necessities. Even if I want to cancel my order, jiomart executive say that it will 7-8 days for the refund.
With such costly products, I cannot afford to order basic necessities multiple times.
ALSO FOR SUCH A PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE THERE IS NO COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE LOSS I HAVE TO FACE IN A TYPICAL MONTH.
HELP ME WITH A RESOLUTION ASAP. PEOPLE AT JIO ARE INCOMPTENT OF SOLVING CUSTOMER ISSUES AS THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY ALREADY SO THEY ARE LEAST CONCERNED.
