Jiore — Received Incomplete order

I ordered 2 combos from jiore official . Firstly products came late then after receiving the order. The item was missing so i contacted jiore so they said u received Incomplete order nd asked me some details nd pictures of order. Then they said they are forwarding the issue to their team nd its been more then 10 days i haven't received my pending item or not even any confirmation from then . They are just saying we forwarded your issue since 10 days nd now they are not even replying on any medium. They told me after 10 days to contact their customer care but there also am not getting any reply. Now they said we have forwarded your issue so many time. I dont know if its my fault or their as they saying me that they forward the issue for so many times. Owner is also not replying . Just giving false hope with samw line "i have forwarded your issue" since 10 days
