J&k Cable Car Corporation — Not getting refund after 2 months on Gondola Ride Cancellation Booking No PYUOL[protected] & PYUOL[protected]

Hi Team,

Have cancelled my Gondola ride booking on 31st March, 2023 due to medical emergency (Me & my wife detected Covid positive) and regarding refund have fill up the google forms available on J&K website on same day for booking no's PYUOL[protected] & PYUOL[protected].
Have cancelled my Phase 1 & 2 both bookings.

After that I have spoke with J&K cable car associated on given enquiry no [protected] on end of April and that time i got to know my refund will get processed on May 2023 month with cancellation charges.

Now May month is almost over, still haven't received any refund from them. and when i am traying to calling you them now every time there above no comes busy. Have tried to reach them multiple times from past 10 days in Morning (Early & Late), Afternoon (Early & Late) but no is coming busy only now and after 5pm the no is getting switched off.

There is no other way to reach out to them, and my booking refund amount is also huge. So my sincere request you to kindly help me to take my refund back from J&K Cable Car Corporation.

Have shared my booking no on complaints (PYUOL[protected] & PYUOL[protected]. Attaching the ticket details for both phases for both person. If you need any additional documents please let me know.

There was my booking on[protected] for phase 1 and phase 2 but due to technical problems phase 2 was closed but after 5 days i didn't get my refund.
