Not getting refund after 2 months on Gondola Ride Cancellation Booking No PYUOL-23012011-646103 & PYUOL-23012011-683007

Hi Team,

Have cancelled my Gondola ride booking on 31st March, 2023 due to medical emergency (Me & my wife detected Covid positive) and regarding refund have fill up the google forms available on J&K website on same day for booking no's PYUOL[protected] & PYUOL[protected].
Have cancelled my Phase 1 & 2 both bookings.

After that I have spoke with J&K cable car associated on given enquiry no [protected]...

Gandola ticket refund not received

Hi, I had booked 4 tickets for 7th May phase 1 ride but cancelled the same. I have not received the refund yet

The ticket details mentioned below:
Ticket no. GKTOLONL[protected]
GKTOLONL[protected],
GKTOLONL[protected],
GKTOLONL[protected].

After 10 days also no refund processed. No one is picking the call & no response on email. Please support to resolve...
