Been jockey loyal for 10 yrs bought 6 US57 boxers recently. Used a Blue boxer and watching a movie at home - seated in my white leather sofa... the brand new boxer color bleed my sofa into Blue 😩 called shop - informed to send mail- sent mail & no reply for 4 days - called customer care, deplorable response “It’s NOT possible” was not even asking me to send proof and would look into issue. When I shouted was told “ checked with quality control& they say it’s not possible” guys must be joking. Pathetic arrogant and to say least unprofessional customer care team. Need a proper resolution to this issue.
