This is regarding the incident sr20172492.
I am a loyal customer of jockey and using products from last 10 years.
First time here, in this case, i was very unsatisfied with the product quality.
I contacted the jockey customer care ([protected]) and they asked me to send the product back to the given address.
Today after waiting for around 10days, i called the customer care again, and they mentioned that they are sending the same product back to me.
I only used the product for around 12 days, and mold started growing on the back part.
Also, i can see there are small tiny holes in the product after very less use.
How can jockey send me the same product back, if it has this much of quality mistake?
I had never found any defect in any of the jockey product in last 10years, this is the first time i am complaining, and is this the way a customer is treated in jockey?
I am very very disappointed here, and please make a note, that i will not be going to accept the same product if you send it out me.
I want the replacement/refund in this case.
Waiting for a reply asap.
